Occupancy of up to 12, 8 persons in the main house and 4 in the carriage house.
Minimum adult to minor ratio 1:2
Responsible renter age of 30+ and must be full time occupant during the rental period.
Chaperoned meetings, sporting rips, wedding party trips ineligible
No events, parties, weddings, wedding parties or group gatherings
Guests are registered by name and age upon booking and shall be the only occupants during the rental period
Absolutely no smoking on the premises, indoors and/or out
No pets or animals
The responsible party’s signature upon booking indicates his/her full agreement with “Rental House Policies” and
he/she is responsible for informing all guests of Rental House Policies
A full contract with all house rules and agreements will be sent to the securing per of responsibility when booking
